Ginger-Garlic Cocktail Meatballs



50 g paneermeel
500 g lean ground chicken
1 egg, lightly beaten
2-3 tablespoons GIMBER
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 green onions, sliced

Directions

For meatballs: in a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix together until well combined. (be careful not to over mix the mixture). Roll small balls with the meat mixture. Bake meatballs in a frying pan for 10 to 15 minutes or until they’re completely cooked through. Remove and serve immediately, with a sprinkling of greens onions.
